Mrs. Dawn Miller is a second-generation owner of Key Association Management and has over 30 years of experience in all areas of both subdivision and condominium management. Dawn has held executive leadership roles in the association management industry for over 20 years. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Oakland University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Dawn is on the Residential Leadership Committee (RLC) through the Michigan Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and was the former President and Communications Director for the United Condominium Owners of Michigan (UCOM). Dawn has published informative articles and is a keynote speaker within the industry and remains committed and dedicated to educate boards of directors and the members of their communities on the importance of homeownership and community.
