Dawn Miller is a second-generation owner of Key Association Management (KAM) and brings more than 31 years of experience in all aspects of condominium and subdivision association management. With more than 20 years in executive leadership, Dawn has developed extensive expertise in association operations, governance, leadership, and strategic community management.

Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Oakland University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. She currently serves on the Residential Leadership Committee (RLC) through the Michigan Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Dawn is also the former President and Communications Director of the United Condominium Owners of Michigan (UCOM).

Throughout her career, Dawn has been a dedicated advocate for education and professional development within the community association industry. She has authored and published informative articles and is a keynote speaker and industry educator, sharing her knowledge and experience with association boards, homeowners, and industry professionals.

Dawn remains committed to empowering boards of directors with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively lead their communities. She is passionate about educating homeowners and association leaders on the importance of responsible community leadership, strong governance, and the value of homeownership, while helping communities build a strong foundation for long-term success.
